Service Policies

Weather

Rain or unsafe conditions may delay your service. When that happens we move your visit to the next available dry day and let you know. Skipped visits are never charged.

Payment

Monthly plans are billed at the beginning of each month and are due on receipt. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. You will get a text at the start of each month with the amount and where to send it. Tree trimming, landscaping, and repair work is due when the job is complete.

Gates

Please make sure gates are unlocked on service day and at least 42 inches wide so our mower can pass. If we cannot reach the back yard, we service the front and bill the full visit.

Pets

For everyone’s safety, pets must be kept inside while we are on the property.

Cancellation

Cancel or pause a monthly plan with 7 days notice before the next billing date. Tree work and landscaping jobs can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before the scheduled day.
